Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and Payroll Administrator to join our
dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth and accurate
processing of payroll across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with payroll providers in
Spain, Gibraltar, Macedonia, and Croatia, while managing end-to-end payroll for Malta.
This position combines a meticulous focus on payroll processes and compliance with
broader HR administrative responsibilities, supporting the needs of our growing team. If

Responsibilities:
- Collect data from across the business accurately for relay to our payroll providers,
acting as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related queries. - Process payroll transactions for employees accurately and promptly, ensuring
adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. - Act as the gatekeeper for our people data accuracy, taking great pride in
maintaining correct and up-to-date systems and reports. - Generate various payroll and HR reports for management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the rest of our Employee Experience team to implement
and enhance HR processes and policies. - Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to employee inquiries
related to payroll and HR matters. - Stay current on payroll and HR regulations, implementing changes as necessary to
maintain compliance. - Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction.
- Undertake general HR administration duties, including contract management,
benefits administration and employee relations as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Proficient in MS Office, Dakar and HRIS systems preferably BambooHR.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle
confidential information professionally. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in a customer-facing environment, understanding the significance of
providing outstanding service. - Demonstrated excellent (English) communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A process mastermind capable of understanding and adapting to the context
you'll be working in, helping to build and adapt customized processes accordingly. - Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
